About these terms

These terms explain how you may use the Dayleaf Press website, its puzzles and any reader downloads we offer. “Dayleaf Press”, “we” and “us” refer to the publisher operating this website. Purchases made through a retailer are covered by the terms that apply to that order.

Using the website

You are welcome to browse the website, try its puzzles and share links to our pages.

Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful software or use our forms to send spam, threats or unlawful material.

Puzzles and printables

Where we make a puzzle or printable available to download, you may save and print it for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to any separate licence supplied with it. Please keep any copyright or credit notices with the material.

This permission does not include selling the material, uploading it elsewhere or distributing copies to others. For permission to use our material with a class, club, care setting or other group, please contact us. You can share a link to the relevant Dayleaf page so others can obtain their own copy.

Copyright and other rights in protected website content belong to Dayleaf Press or the relevant rights holders. Third-party material may have its own licence. Nothing in these terms restricts fair use or any other use permitted by law.

Buying from a retailer

We do not take payments or complete book orders on this website. When you follow a purchase link to Amazon or another retailer, you leave this site. Your purchase is with the seller identified at checkout, under the terms and policies that apply to that order.

Check the retailer’s current price, availability, delivery information and return policy before ordering. For help with payment, delivery, returns or refunds, use the support options attached to your order. You can contact Dayleaf Press about a book’s content or a puzzle correction.

Messages and privacy

Our privacy notice explains how we handle contact enquiries. Please include only the information needed for your message. Sending us a message does not transfer ownership of your writing to us or give us permission to publish it as a testimonial.

Visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If you choose to sign up for reader extras or updates when signup is available, check the information on that form. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in those emails.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to describe our books and provide puzzle answers accurately. If you spot a mistake, please tell us the book title and page or puzzle number so we can investigate.

We may correct information or update website features. Access may sometimes be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems, and we cannot promise that the website will always be available or free from errors.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

You are free to share an honest review of our books or your experience with Dayleaf Press. These terms do not restrict honest criticism or require you to give us ownership of your review.

Changes and questions

If we update these terms, we will publish the revised version here with its date. Changes will apply from the stated date and will not remove rights you already have.

For questions about these terms or permission to reuse our material, use the contact page or email us.
